Ground Broken on Business Expansion in Downtown Zephyrhills
Zephyrhills, FL — GetYourShirts.com (formerly known as Shirts & Caps, Inc.) announces the start of construction on a 5,000 square foot expansion to their downtown Zephyrhills facility. The $800,000 project is the largest private construction project in downtown Zephyrhills since the city's downtown revitalization project which began in 1999.

The 5,000 square foot expansion to the existing current 4,800 square foot building allows for upgraded equipment and additional office space to accommodate their growth as a leading national supplier of custom t-shirts to businesses, schools, and non-profit groups. The exterior design integrates with existing downtown architecture and replaces a 5th Avenue facing parking lot and unused bank drive-thru.
Carr Contracting Services, Inc. began site preparation in February, 2007 and is expected to finish work by late July, 2007. Carr Contracting Services was chosen for their extensive experience working in downtown Zephyrhills as the general contractor for Zephyrhills' downtown revitalization project.
